For those of you who prefer visual tutorials for how things work I have included a link that explains the procedure in an animation.

*I have noticed that sometimes it does not send you directly to the procedure so here are quick steps to finding the right one.

1. Click on the blue button that says "See the Animation"
2.Click on "Orthopedics"
3. Under Orthopedics click "Hip"
4. Procedures
5. Scroll down the list to "Periacetabular Osteotomy"
