Busy!
Today has been a busy day-not for the average person but for me-keep in mind that a trip to PT is exhausting and painful! I woke up at 8:30am and went with my mom to our hair appointment. That was a 5.5 hour adventure. The puppies have a vet appointment at 3:00pm which I am no longer going to. Tonight (5:30-11pm) I have the gymnastics banquet. I wish everything was happening on different days because during my hair appointment my hips and knees decided that they had had enough. I am excited for the banquet as I get to see the girls I coached all season and it's always a lot of fun but I am totally exhausted and in pain! Hopefully I am still able to enjoy myself! Tomorrow I will be lying in bed all day-with the exception of the dog trainer that is coming to start puppy obedience!

I am a former competitive gymnast and I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Chiari Malformation- Type 1 (8.5mm herniation), craniocervical instability, Neurocardiogenic Syncope and POTS (forms of Dysautonomia and secondary conditions to EDS), slight/minor Mitral Valve Prolapse, bilateral acetabular hip dysplasia (corrected in a procedure called Periacetabular Osteotomy--PAO), gastroparesis and delayed intestinal motility, Hashimoto's, Graves', Autoimmune Neutropenia, and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).
