A STEP in the Right Direction

Just got back from PT! I am definitely hurting but feeling a lot better about my overall progress. I walked over "normal" cones today. They were small but at least it wasn't a paper cup! Cam was still holding me up and I had one crutch but the muscles are firing up and they are learning how to walk properly--of course I will have to learn how to do this all over in about 6 months.

Cam did ART on my knee as well and some massage work at the end! I can already tell they will be swollen and sore tonight! Hopefully they calm down.

My shirt came in the mail today! It's very exciting! I haven't decided if I should wait until after my PAO surgery to wear it or if I should test it out at PT next week so Dr. Shiple can see it!

Hopefully the pain isn't too bad this weekend and I am able to get out of the house for a little. State soccer finals are this Sunday and I will definitely be going! GO DELCO!
