Stressful Summer

I officially have ONE more semester of college--before an intense year of nursing school. I cannot wait to finish up in the fall and move to Boston. Words really can't express how ready I am to be living full time in the greatest city in the world!

I am relieved that this semester is over as it was very challenging (academically and physically). I am also enrolled in my summer courses and begin on Monday. The next 6 weeks will be intense but it will feel great when the two classes are out of the way.

Unfortunately after the summer classes are over I have another summer of surgery so it really won't be relaxing. At least I will be in Boston soon! With that said, I am still waiting to hear back from Boston. I believe that the goal is still to have all 5-6 procedures (hip, knee and ankle) done at the same time (same day). However, we do not have a date yet and won't know the plan until we do. Hopefully I hear back soon because I have a lot of potential plans for this summer that depend entirely on WHEN the surgeries are.

I will update when the plan is finalized!

  1. Hope your classes go well. I'll look forward to updates on that and your upcoming surgeries. Do be sure to take some time for doing something fun just for you! You need that balance to keep from getting overwhelmed and stressed out. Enjoy the nice weather!
