It is hard to put into words the emotions that you feel when faced with such an inexplicable act of violence. There are so many questions that will likely never be answered.
My heart breaks for the families of those that were killed. I cannot possibly understand the pain and heartache that the families must be feeling. It is a pain and loss that no one should ever have to face. The stories of courage and bravery amongst the teachers, staff, and children are truly inspiring. I am amazed at the strength and unity the community has showed.
My prayers and love go out to all of those affected by the terrible tragedy at Sandy Hook.
"May God bless and keep those we've lost in His heavenly place. May He grace those we still have with His holy comfort. And may He bless and watch over this community, and the United States of America."
