I decided to create a post to help people navigate through this blog. Some people are regular followers and know my story. Others happen to find my blog because they are looking for information on something specific. I hope this makes it a little easier.

**Please remember that I am almost always dealing with more than one joint and problem at a time so some blog posts overlap and aren't completely focused on one topic. I will update this post when necessary.
